What to Expect From Your Appointment.
Your initial consultation is a full 60 minutes, and if needed, even more upto 90 minutes. We dedicate the necessary time to help your muscles relax and restore their full range of movement.
This initial consulation includes as much massage as possible, a comprehensive posture analysis and a personalized prognosis. I will explain our recommended treatment plan and how we can help you achieve your goals. Because every body is unique, so is every treatment.
Follow-on massages are then conducted in accordance with your prognosis or recovery needs agreed during your initial consultation and could change as we work through your prognosis.
