How do I join?
Complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire (PARQ - click here). I will arrange a phone call with you for a chat and then we can start your free two week trial. If you choose to join on completion, I will send you a link to activate your direct debit. It automatically activates once you have filled out the details and you don’t need to book sessions either, the ZOOM link will be sent to you for every session. Regarding payments, if there is any difference from the day your trial ends and the date you want for your direct debit starts, I will send you a payment link to complete to cover the remainder of the month. From then on your direct debit will take payment.
Why don't you offer single session payments?
Simple.....you must commit to get fit and paying for your month at the start is a great motivator.
Also, for single session payments I will have to set up a booking system and increase prices because of the additional cost for the administration of that facility. Personally, it also allows me to run the business with stability and set long-term objectives as I know each month the revenue that is produced. This enables you to make your gains in fitness as we are a stable and functioning business with strong foundations from your support, allowing me to support you.
How do the Online sessions run?
The fitness sessions are delivered over ZOOM and you just click on the link I send and you are in. It's as simple as that. It's the same link every time also so you can set it up to be as easy as possible or click on the emailed link each time.
No time wasted commuting, no having to venture out early. As easy as clicking on a link! It allows you to get up, get your exercise done in the luxury of your own home and get on with your day. You don’t need equipment but if you do have some, please let me know, I can incorporated into your training.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes, your first two weeks are free. See if what we do and at what time we do it is a match for you.
Do I need any equipment?
No, but if you do have dumbells, exercise bands or even kettlebells and you want to incorporate it in to your workout, just let me know. I will send you an exercise band also as part of your joining package to keep you developing and progressing.
How much instruction will I get?
I will endeavour to instruct as much as possible and give exercise que’s to keep your form. I want you to push to reach your goals, yet remember we are training and not straining! I do observe the screen and pick up and movement patterns but be aware of the limitations from your camera, the angle the camera is placed and limiting aspects of perspective.
Please understand that we are not in the room with you and the limitation of delivering over the internet means that you undertake this exercise sessions at your own risk and T2T Fitness excepts no liability from any injury or damage caused during the sessions you are attending.
Before undertaking any new exercise regime it is recommended that you consult your Doctor.
What if I want to cancel my membership or I’m not happy?
Your first point of call is to cancel your direct debit mandate with your bank. If you are struggling with that then please contact me and will contact GoCardless on your behave.
I advise that if you wish to cancel pleas do it by the 14th of the last month you wish to attend. For example, if you want to have your last session the final Friday of April, you will need to cancel your direct debit mandate by the 14th April. This allows for plenty of time for instructions to be applied and you won't be charged for the subsequent month, then needing refunds to be issued.
If a refund is issued, then the charges taken by GoCardless (up to £!.40p) will not be refunded and you will not get back the full amount that you paid.
What if I join the direct debit scheme in middle of the month?
We will work out how many sessions are left for that month and pay by a payment link that I will send to you. The direct debit will then start the following month.
