  • Strength & Conditioning Sessions 

    Grendon Community Centre 

    10:45am - Tuesday and Fridays.

    Focusing on everyday movements to build strength, stability and mobility in a relaxed environment (so relaxed we put the kettle on for when we have finished!)

    • Relaxed, social and friendly exercise session that focuses on developing your strength.
    • No jumping about, prolonged bouts of being out of breath or getting really sweaty. It's not Aerobics but you will work.
    • All equipment provided
    • Small group size for individual attention
    • Functional movements that relate to everyday activities
    • Have a reason to exercise? Let me know and I can incorporate it into your sessions.
    • Social group with time for a hot drink and a chat afterwards 
    • Private parking on-site available

    Your instructor, Paul Langford is an expert in the field of fitness and well-being drawing from more years of helping people achieve their goals than he would like to remember! He has a background in medical research at Cambridge, professional sport, fitness development, personal training and education including a degree in sports and exercise science.
