He has a background in medical research at Cambridge, professional sport, fitness development, personal training and education including a degree in sports and exercise science.

Your classes have been a game changer for me. I can not imagine starting my days with out them, so much so that on the days we don't have classes I have filled up my time with other classes. Prior to joining your class I didn't do any regular exercising, so this is huge for me.
My mindset has also changed, in general I go about each day with a spring in my step. Whereas before I struggled especially during the winter months.

The sessions are great way to start the day. Paul makes you feel very welcome and explains the exercises very well before he starts to minimise any risk of injury but also to get the most benefit. There are also small shouts of encouragement that always help you to find that extra 10%. The idea of training with a peer group has also been beneficial as it acts as a motivator and helps you get up for those early morning sessions.

I joined because I want to increase my fitness, build upper arm strength and generally tone and strengthen.
You really push us to our limits (that Monday session...bloody hell) in each class and you definitely walk (or stagger) away feeling worked and it's great to just get it over and done with in the morning.
