Thank you, Your initial consultation is for about 1 hour but, please be aware I will more than likely run over the 60 minutes.
If sticking to a 60 minute time frame is important though, please let me know on arrival.
On arriving at Grays 1922 on Lynn lane in Shenstone (WS14 0DU - full address below), please drive straight on down the slight slope, heading towards a second set of metal gates that should be open. If not, please call me on 07795 112449.
Parking.
Once you have passed that second set of gates, I am in unit No. 6 on your left with the glass front and big blue poster in the window.
Please feel free to park in front of that poster.
If that parking spot is taken, keep driving towards the back of Grays and there are spaces behind the building.
Through the door, walk up the stairs and I am at the end of the corridor, come straight in if the door is open. If not, grab a seat on the big red settee at the top of the stairs and I will come and get you.

We dedicate this time to understanding the cause of your issue through a full posture analysis and specific muscle tests. We then incorporate as much targeted massage and treatment as possible to start addressing the problem. Please note that appointments may extend beyond the scheduled 60 minutes. If you need to keep to the exact time, please let us know at the beginning of your session.

We will conduct a thorough review of your post-massage response and any notable events since your last visit. We will also assess your adherence to and the efficacy of any prescribed stretches or exercises. Unlike a lighter, more relaxing massage, the primary goal is to work on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. The session typically begins with a brief consultation to identify your specific problem areas and discuss any pain or discomfort you are experiencing. The massage therapist will then start with lighter strokes to warm up the muscles before applying sustained and firm pressure. Using their fingers, thumbs, knuckles, elbows, and forearms, the therapist will use slow, deliberate strokes and friction to break up muscle knots and adhesions. While some discomfort may be felt as the therapist works on particularly tight areas, it should not be unbearable. You will be encouraged to communicate about the pressure level to ensure the session is effective and comfortable.
