Initial consultation - As much massage as possible following your posture analysis and muscle checks. Possible stretching and focused therapy work dependant on your needs.
Sports Massage - Massage and PNF stretching with exercise prescription for rehabilitation.
Deep Tissue Massage - Deep tissue massage to whole body or specific area's dependant on your needs. No stretching or exercise prescription.
30 minute Massage - 2 body parts (eg, back and shoulders, legs and lower back etc.) and deep tissue massage only.
All massages are booked for 60 minutes minimum unless reserved a 30 minute massage (deep tissue massage only in 30 minute sessions).
